Creating art with soul and purpose
My Artistic Journey
Since childhood, I have always loved working with colors. I used to create different things from a very young age. My art journey officially began when I was in 5th grade, but due to some reasons, I had to pause it for a while. Later, in 8th grade, I resumed my passion and started making sketches again. I worked very hard and put in a lot of effort, and eventually, I began to see real improvement in my sketches.
As I started focusing on portraits, I learned that drawing living beings is considered haram (prohibited) in Islam. This deeply affected me, and I decided to leave sketching behind. Instead, I began learning calligraphy. After a lot of dedication and hard work, I successfully learned the art of calligraphy.
Once I had mastered calligraphy, I started a small business and named it Sheisart. This journey was not without challenges. I started my business with only 400 rupees. In the beginning, I began selling handcrafted artworks, and Alhamdulillah, I received a very positive response.
There were also many people who criticized me and made me doubt myself. But I chose to ignore the negativity and kept moving forward with my work. In June 2024, I created an Instagram account named @sheisart.01. Alhamdulillah, the response was amazing, and I started receiving orders.
Today, I create resin accessories, digital artworks, and handcrafted art pieces.
Alhamdulillah, because of my art, I am now connected with so many amazing people—many of whom I’ve never even met in person. Art has allowed me to build beautiful connections and reach people far beyond my imagination.
- Gave up portraits for faith—found my path in calligraphy.
- Launched Sheisart with only Rs. 400.
Faced criticism, but never gave up. - Grateful for the support of my mom, teachers, and friends.
This is just the beginning.
I am truly grateful to a few people who supported, motivated, and inspired me throughout this journey:
My mother, who supported and helped me immensely.
Sir Zahid, my school teacher, who encouraged me to pursue art and always believed in my potential.
Sir Ashiq, my higher secondary teacher, who appreciated my talent and pushed me to participate in competitions, which helped me gain confidence.
Maheena, my classmate, who supported me in spreading my work and helped my business grow.
A special Thank you to my siblings, (Seerat and Iqrash) You both have always been my strength throughout this journey. Your love, support, and belief in me gave me the courage to keep going.
I’m truly blessed to have you by my side.
There is one more special person I must mention—someone who has always stood by my side.
She were there in every situation: listening to my stories, understanding my anger, sharing in my happiness, and patiently hearing everything I had to say.
Her quiet support has meant the world to me, and I am deeply grateful to have her in my life.(Morifat) I love you
